Class Options

Fundamental Flow.

On the reformer you will flow through a series of exercises, using props to target specific muscle groups. If you have had some Pilates experience or are just new to this method, this is the class for you. These classes build on the fundamental Pilates exercises and will help you to further improve your postural control, breath awareness, strength and balance.

  • Suitable for both clients' who are familiar with the Reformer or are new to Pilates and has no acute injuries.

  • Maximum of 3 people per Reformer Class / 50 minute class. 

Progressive Flow.

These classes will build on the fundamentals of the method  work deeper into more challenging Pilates repertoire.  These classes are for those who have had regular Pilates practice and a reasonable degree of strength.

  • Please chat with your instructor to assess this.

  • Not suitable for clients recovering from injuries or pre/post natal. 

  • Maximum of 3 people per Group Reformer Class / 50 minute class.

One on One.

One on One. Our private class allows you to work one-on-one to achieve your own personal goals, in your own space. These sessions are great to give you confidence on the reformer and to work at a pace that suits you. We will integrate the mat, barre, acr, reformer along with our other small apparatus to keep you motivated and moving. The perfect way to start your Pilates journey. 

  • Suitable for clients looking for one on one attention with the trainer.

  • 50 minute class. 

Duet. Pilates Training for Two.

Like a private class, these classes are  designed  for 2 people who want to work together with one instructor and not share the session with a group class. We will incorporate matwork and reformer as well as use of all the other small apparatus. A wonderful way to workout with a friend or family member.

  • Suitable for clients looking to work out with a friend or family member.

  • 50 minute class. 

Pilates for Dancers.

Incorporating Pilates into a dancer's routine serves as a cornerstone for effective cross-training. Pilates uniquely addresses diverse aspects of fitness and performance, providing a holistic approach to conditioning.

As dancers integrate Pilates, they discover enhanced control and precision, elevating their overall proficiency.

  • Whether a seasoned professional or an aspiring dancer, the incorporation of Pilates into dance training brings an enduring performance enhancement.
